We currently deliver to addresses throughout Malaysia.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is estimated as follows:

Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days
Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your iMade purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following circumstances:

To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the product back and provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographs or videos where applicable.

Returned products must be in their original condition and original packaging, together with all accessories, manuals, inserts and other items originally supplied with the product. Products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, incorrect model selection, or products that have already been used, installed or damaged after delivery, acceptance will be subject to our return policy and the condition of the product.
